Surviving & Thriving. Many within the shinty community will find this a provocative title for a book celebrating the last 25 years of the Camanachd Association. This deliberately so. Few would dispute that shinty has challenges to face, but many of these are common to all sports, with minority sports facing more than most. However even the most pessimistic critic of the Association would surely acknowledge that we have moved a long, long way in the last 25 years. This book focuses on the changes that have happened in the governance and administration of the game.
